Before you book anywhere in Nairobi, here's the checklist worth knowing — and the standards we hold ourselves to every single day at Oracle.

What hygiene actually looks like

Fresh linens for every guest — not flipped, not folded, fresh. Suites deep-cleaned and reset between every appointment. Hospital-grade hand and surface protocols for your therapist. En-suite showers stocked with sealed, premium products. If a spa can't show you any of this on request, you're in the wrong building.

What privacy actually looks like

A gated entrance with private parking so you're not on display from the street. Soundproofed rooms so your conversation stays in your suite. A strict no-photo policy for staff and guests alike. And — this is the one most spas miss — your name and booking details never leave the host's phone. We don't store, sell, or market your information.

Questions you should ask
